Ex presidential aspirant and pastor Elton Joseph Mabirizi has recently landed on Uganda Police’s naughty list.
The comical man of God is apparently wanted by Police after an arrest warrant was issued in his name. Mabirizi faces arrest after he was sued after he erected a structure along Hoima road without proper clearance from city official.
According to reports, Grade One Magistrate has directed the presidential wannabe’s arrest after prosecution proved Mabirizi had failed to honour numerous summons from the court. The Magistrate Moses Nabende resolved to have Mabirizi arrested by July 29.
Joseph Mabirizi was also implicated in a similar case for a building erected in Natete behind Uchumi Supermarket. He is jointly accused with fellow pastor Eldard Mulira and Samona owner Ssalongo Kasawuli.
Mabirizi rose to fame as a surprise presidential candidate in the recent polls and his comical antics made a fan favourite during the UGANDA DECIDES 2016 presidential debates.
